Document Allowances paid 2010/11

The amounts paid to each councillor are published each year. Amounts are calculated over a financial year - ie from 1 April to 31 March the following year. The tables below show the total paid broken down into basic and special responsibility allowances, and travel, subsistence and carer's allowances. Independent members of the Standards Committee (prior to July 2012) were able to claim an allowance per meeting and travel expenses. The amounts paid are shown in the tables below.
