To approve the “approach to Restricted Shared Ownership Staircasing in Designated Protected Areas in South Oxfordshire” which recommends that the restriction on 100 per cent staircasing is waived on developments of any size in all larger villages and will also be waived on sites of 20 or more units in all other rural locations for non-grant funded shared ownership units.
That the council continues full Designated Protected Area restrictions on all developments of fewer than 20 units in sites designated in the Core Strategy/Local Plan as rural settlements.
