Making the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan part of the Development Plan for South Oxfordshire pdf icon PDF 58 KB

Purpose: to consider whether the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan should be made part of the Development Plan for South Oxfordshire following the positive outcome of the referendum held on 3 April 2014. 

Minutes:

Cabinet considered the head of planning’s report on the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan.  Cabinet noted that following production of the plan, a referendum had been held on 3 April 2014, which resulted in support for the plan. 

 

Cabinet welcomed the plan and thanked the organisers for their hard work. 

 

RECOMMENDED: to Council to make the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan part of the development plan for South Oxfordshire.

Exclusion of the Public

To consider whether to exclude members of the press and public from the meeting for the following item of business under Part 1 of Schedule 12A Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 and as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006 on the grounds that:

(i)                  it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3, Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, and

(ii)                the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Minutes:

Purpose: to award a joint leisure management contract.  REPORT TO FOLLOW

Cabinet considered a report on the new leisure management contract.  Cabinet agreed to award the contract to the preferred bidder.
