Making the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan part of the Development Plan for South Oxfordshire PDF 58 KB Purpose: to consider whether the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan should be made part of the Development Plan for South Oxfordshire following the positive outcome of the referendum held on 3 April 2014. Minutes: Cabinet considered the head of planning’s report on the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan. Cabinet noted that following production of the plan, a referendum had been held on 3 April 2014, which resulted in support for the plan.
Cabinet welcomed the plan and thanked the organisers for their hard work.
RECOMMENDED: to Council to make the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan part of the development plan for South Oxfordshire. |

Exclusion of the Public To consider whether to exclude members of the press and public from the meeting for the following item of business under Part 1 of Schedule 12A Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 and as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006 on the grounds that: (i) it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3, Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, and (ii) the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
