Agenda

Purpose

To consider an application for a premises licence.

Recommendation

That the panel considers the application and the relevant representations and decide whether to:

·        grant the licence as applied for,

·        grant the licence after modifying any conditions tosuch extent as the authority considers necessary for the promotion of the licensing objectives

·        exclude from the scope of the licence any of the licensable activities to which the application relates,

·        refuse to specify a person in the licence as the premises supervisor,

·        reject the application.

Attendance

The hearing is open to the public.

Only the applicant, his representatives, local authority officers and those who wrote to the licensing authority (interested parties) during the consultation period may speak to the licensing panel.
