1. To transfer £323,021 from the provisional budget to the approved capital budget to fund the second round of capital grants awards in 2015/16;
2. To award capital grants as recommended by the Capital garnts Panel at its meeting on 22 February 2016, as set out in the decision notice; and
3. To add a special condition to the Long Wittenham Football Club award that the council will not release any payments until the club has secured its other funding.
