To establish budgets to move into a delivery phase by facilitating the use of South Oxfordshire’s £1.025 million share of the Section 31 grant funding, for the exclusive purpose of building capacity to realise the Didcot Garden Town Vision and accelerate the delivery of housing in and around Didcot and Science Vale.
