1. To transfer £350,704 from the provisional budget to the approved capital budget to fund the first round of capital grant awards in 2016/17;
2. To award the 16 capital grants listed in the decision notice along with any special conditions as recommended by the Capital Grants panel at its meeting on 28 June 2016;
3. To reject Sydenham Parish Council’s grant request, but encourage it to apply again if it can make the recommended improvements to its project; and
4. To reject the request for funding from Henley River and Rowing Museum.
