To amend a restriction to the grant awarded to Warborough and Shillingford Cricket Club on 14 October 2016 from 43% of the total project costs, to 45.95% of their revised total projects costs. All other aspects of the grant award remain unchanged including that the financial cap remains the same at a maximum of £25,504.
1. To transfer £648,039 from the provisional budget to the approved capital budget to fund the second round of Capital Grant (CG) awards in 2016/17;
2. To award capital grants to the nine organisations specified in the decision notice and apply any special conditions to their awards, as recommended by the CG panel at their meeting on 4 October 2016; and
3. Not to fund the application from Wheatley Parish Council (identified as a medium priority project).
