To approve the proposed Community Infrastructure Levy Spending Strategy (appended to this decision).
To authorise the head of development and regeneration to negotiate and enter into agreements with Oxfordshire County Council and Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group regarding the release of Community Infrastructure Levy funds.
