Decision:

To move £200,000 allocated Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) budget for

Thame Changing Places toilet facility project in South Oxfordshire for the period 2024/25, from provisional budget into approved budget. This budget was recommended by the CIL working group in January 2024 and approved as part of the 24/25 budget by Council in February 2024.

Decision:

The virement of the additional £65,000 allocated Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) budget for Wallingford Changing Places toilet project in South Oxfordshire, for the period 2024/25, from provisional budget into approved budget.  This additional budget was recommended by the CIL working group in January 2024 and approved as part of the 24/25 budget by Council in February 2024.

Purpose: to procure a new system

Decision:

1.       To approve the purchase of a replacement HR solution for the councils.

 

2.       To approve the move of the capital budget of £50,000 (for implementation) from provisional to approved programme.

 

3.       To delegate authority to award the joint contract (including the potential to extend for a further period of one year) for both councils to the Head of Corporate Services in consultation with relevant cabinet members.

06/06/2024 - UK Shared Prosperity Fund Grant for Berinsfield projects ref: 908    Recommendations Approved

Purpose: to award a grant for two projects in Berinsfield and to complete a funding agreement with the parish council

Decision:

To approve the grant funding allocation of £141,460 to Berinsfield

Parish Council (BPC), for the completion of two capital projects:

repairing and expanding a skatepark and installing a new pump

track.

 

To enter into a funding agreement with BPC to provide the two

projects, repairing and expanding a skatepark and installing a

new pump track.

 

To pay BPC 50% of these funds immediately this decision is

made and prior to completion of the funding agreement to allow

works to progress.

 

To pay BPC the balance of funds on completion of the projects

and for the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord to

agree any phased payments as part of the funding agreement.
