We also meet formally four times per year to plan the work parties and discuss matters concerning the reserve and volunteers. These planning meetings are open to all volunteers and are overseen by a small core committee.
There is an informal, monthly pub meeting on the Wednesday prior to the Sunday work party. This is also open to all, and is more of a social to get together to discuss the coming work party.
