A motion moved and seconded, to elect Councillor Peter Dragonetti as chair of the panel was carried on being put to the vote.

RESOLVED: that Councillor Peter Dragonetti be elected as Chair of the panel.

To receive any declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and any conflicts of interest in respect of items on the agenda for this meeting.

There were no declarations of interest

Members were asked to determine an application for a street trading licence submitted by Middleway Street Food, Middle Way Car Park, Chinnor, OX39 4TP (“the applicant”) in respect of Middle Way Car Park, Chinnor, OX39 4TP (“the premises”)

Following detailed discussions, all parties confirm they were satisfied they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add.
