The Phase 3c projects include the appointment
of Professional Services Team (PST) with subsequent
Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) / Main Contractor
appointment/s, as delivered through the Salix Government Grant
Scheme with additional Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
funds.
The recent appointment of AtkinsRéalis as the Phase 3c
Employers Agent allows for the identification and design of
detailed technical design work required including mechanical and
electrical, roof / building fabric works.
Implementing works on the site is complex, as the property and land
are not owned by the council and the associated risks are being
managed.
To achieve the required Salix grant-spend by end of March 2025 and
to meet the overall programme, a further decision will be required
to award the main building works contract.
