To purchase on behalf of South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse eighteen new waste and street cleansing vehicles which will be bought for use in both districts as part of the shared waste and street cleansing service.
Vehicles will be formally purchased by South Oxfordshire and costs split, and assets owned, under the existing agreed mechanism.
To move the required budget for vehicle purchases from the provisional capital programme to the approved capital programme.
