Decision:

To participate in the government funded schemes to provide financial compensation to householders and businesses adversely affected by flooding impacts from storm Henk, between 2 and 12 January 2024.

The council to make up front payments and reclaim funds from central government (Department for levelling Up, Housing & Communities and Department for Business and Trade)

The schemes are:

To delegate to the Head of Finance to agree the terms of the applications and the process for evaluation of applications and award of grants and other financial support available under these schemes.
