To enter into a partnering agreement with Oxfordshire County Council, Cherwell District Council, Oxford City County, Vale of White Horse Oxfordshire District Council, West Oxfordshire District Council, and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner relating to a pooled budget for the provision of domestic abuse services in Oxfordshire.
