  1. To transfer £1,000,000 from the provisional capital programme to the approved capital programme to deliver the extension of the Better Broadband for Oxfordshire programme to South Oxfordshire. 
  2. To approve £90,000 virement from contingency in 2014/15 to provide additional funding for the delivery of the broadband project (the costs of the delivery team) as stipulated in clause 3.1 of the funding agreement. 
  3. To authorise the strategic director, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet member, to negotiate and agree the detailed terms of the contract and implementation plan with Oxfordshire County Council. 
  4. To authorise the head of legal and democratic services to complete the necessary arrangements.
