1. Receive from the government a grant and create a matching expenditure budget in accordance with the financial procedure rules under section 91a.
2. Approve South Oxfordshire District Council to act as the Accountable Body for the income and expenditure.
3. Expend monies in accordance with the activities as set out in the decision notice.
4. Delegate authority to the Strategic Director in consultation with the Cabinet member to amend the expenditure profile, allocation and activities in accordance with the current project work plan.
