1. To award 45.12 per cent of the total project costs of £554,051 capped to £250,000 as a capital grant to Thame Sports Club Limited as recommended by the Community Grants Panel at its meeting on 14 June 2017 now the organisation has completed the required actions around its legal structure. This award will include special conditions set out in the decision notice.
2. To transfer £88,362 from the 2017/18 provisional capital grant budget to the existing 2017/18 approved capital budget to allow the council to fund the grant and those grants previously awarded.
