The benefit of poor persons who are inhabitants of the ancient parishes of Bix, Nepper, Nettlebed, Pishill, Pyrton, Rotherfield Peppard and Watlington. Preference being given to persons who are inhabitants of the area of the ancient parish of Pyrton and to persons who have attaining 60 years of age.
